The book is designed strictly as per the syllabus of TU for the students of
BBS second year and is made up to date by writing all the topics on the basis
of prevailing Acts of the country such as Industrial Enterprises Act, 1992,
Foreign Investment and Technology Transfer Act, 1992, Company Act, 1997,
Arbitration Act, 1999 and Nepalese Contract Act, 2000. I am sure it can prove
equally helpful for the students of BBA level under Kathmandu University and
Pokhara University as well as for the students doing CA Foundation courses
under ICAN. For convenience, course of studies is given in the very beginning.
