This book “Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management” is primarily written according to
the new curriculum prescribed by the Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, for the students of
BIM 2nd Semester. The purpose of this book is to present the new concepts, principles, and practices of
organizational behavior and human resource management clearly understandable to the students. This
book covers the entire curriculum in simple and understandable language. Hence, we are confident that
